I'm Baaacccckkk, and I'm not alone



So after a 3 month hiatus, I'm back! Sorry for break! Turns out the first trimester of my first child was a doozy... now that I'm feeling better, I'm getting back on track with my workouts and my blog!


I'm also excited to start up my weekly challenges again! Stay tuned for next Monday when we will be doing a SQUAT challenge

Working my legs has always been my favorite thing to do. Probably because I'm a dancer and my legs have always been my strongest asset.

I also have some awesome ideas in the works that I will be posting about as soon as I figure out the details and have them set, so stay tuned!
